I have over a year's worth of daily notes in Roam. Importing would be great. If the import took those daily notes and turned them into a Reflect "daily note" instead of simply a note with the title "August 1st, 2022", that would be even better.

Whoops! Just noticed that JSON importing IS supported and it imported all of my Roam notes (almost) exactly as I hoped! 😅

Have loads of notes in Bear I’d love to import

++ on this. Testing out Obsidian right now (and was using iA writer also). If I hadn't been using Reflect before, I wouldn't want to give up all of the stuff I've created already.

I think this would be great, as it would check off some other import use cases for me (Ulysses app comes to mind)!

I agree - enabling import/export in md would be great for portability. I'm currently trying to migrate from Logseq to Reflect and don't see a simple way to do this without md import.

By the same logic, would it make sense to also have md export as well? To avoid tool lockin

Sahil Chaturvedi 🏰: There is a .md export already. Settings - Your Graph name - Export your notes - click the dropdown and select markdown zip option

Sean Rose: ah gotcha. So we just need import then
