We've implemented shift-click which works in a similar fashion to Finder.

Re-upping this. The lack of this functionality has caused friction for me as a barrier to adoption, though I don't forsee it being a long term need broadly.
Use cases:
- not all books imported from the Kindle integration were relevant to me, and the addition of all author pages created early noise as I was setting up my brain. I needed to manually remove > 100 items
- Adjustments to tags as I worked iteratively to find the naming structure that worked best for me over the first several months
- Adding additional tags to multiple notes as I tended to a deeper note that referenced items under those tags
Also - heads up that the click area on the checkbox is very small. In addition to the base 100 clicks, I found myself accidentally clicking a note and having to click back multiple times.
