Automatically suggest backlinks as you type

If John Doe is a previously backlinked entity, when I start typing "John D.." it should recommend back linking that name in the note and let me us the tab key to automatically link to the suggested name without needing me to type "[[". Might need to require a certain number of characters or exclude lowercase words or something to avoid it constantly popping up suggestions.
Maybe it even only works when you type an exact string that matches an existing backlink.

I’m not sure I’d be a fan of this either. I’m in the camp that thinks it’s really easy to over link notes just for the sake of linking them vs intentionally linking notes so that they actually mean something when linked.

Now that I've used Reflect more I'm not as sure about this one.
At least not until the way backlinked notes are displayed in other notes.
For example, repeatedly backlinking someone's name in a daily note will make the same txt show up over and over in the backlinked notes section when you click into the note for their name.

My concern with this is it could get messy and create distractions if I'm just trying to focus on writing something. I would argue the "Decorate with Backlinks" functionality essentially takes care of this, though it isn't as real-time as OP suggests.
