I have been hitting a few situations and feedback my observations / thoughts but I see that there are sometimes cases where several people are in essence requesting the same thing (for instance sorting of notes) under different tickets and if the votes were tallied up the pressure profile would I think change.

Can I suggest that a regular (monthly) sweep is carried out to rationalise and help present a clearer picture ?
