How is this feature supposed to work and look like?

I want nothing more than to drag and drop my taks into the calendar on the side bar. Is that a planned part of this feature update? I am in the beta, and I love it. Just one QOL feature would make it so much better.

Feature is working great so far! I'd love to remove empty checkboxes from the 'Tasks' view though:

I'd start by just rolling up the tasks page on the left bar, initially sorted and grouped by created date. Then group by tags or backlinks would be helpful but could be added further along the roadmap.

Ultimately having some form of query/filter language like Roam Research or more basic like Todoist would allow us to group tasks in more flexible ways based on our working systems.

III believe test should be aggregated to a “task page“ automatically. You can then create a task template where you can introduce several properties that create links to tags and pages as well as dates. This would give tags near infinite properties.
