Update API to include "append to note"

As of now, I can only append to daily notes. It would be very useful if I could also add to specific notes.
Use case:
I use Raycast extensively. When I read a blog or watch a YouTube video on a web page, I want to add notes multiple times during my consumption using the Raycast extension for Reflect. To make this note-taking experience seamless, it would be great if invoking the Raycast command on a web page creates a note (if it hasn’t been created already) and appends any additional notes to that existing note.
